In a "shocker" Philly is up 14-0 on San Francisco. Alex Smith is 2/7 with 8 yards. McNabb already has 135 yards and 2 touchdowns. I see that one getting worse before the half.

Cleveland plays almost exclusively a cover 2 defense.

Typically, you want to run the ball to get them out of that defense.

But now, we almost have to abandon the run and Cleveland will make you dink and dunk down the field waiting for mistakes...which we make plenty of.

Essentially, a lineman (unless eligable) cannot be the last man on the LOS...either a TE or WR needs to be on the LOS on that side.

This win was extremely important. Now we keep up with Cincy in the division and have a two-game cushion on the Stoolers

Now, I'm not saying we should lose against the Chargers, but it definitely wouldn't be as bad

McNair came through in the end, and my guess is it's because coaches weren't there to screw the playcalling

Hey for once we won an ugly game up there, I don't care how ugly that win is it's a win, there's something about playing Cleveland of late (Jamal running for 500 in one year probably factors in) and I'll just take that win, ugly ugly win but it's a win and let's just concentrate on playing better football next week, back home in a big match against the bolts.
